Fill in your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation immediately.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order may already be processing. To request a change, contact our support team immediately through the Contact Us page or live chat. We will do our best to help.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Order page at www.orangles.com/src/track and enter your order number to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

Standard delivery across the United States takes 5 to 10 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for certain products. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or for remote locations.
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat shipping fee applies which is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
Currently, the www.orangles.com store ships within the United States only. For international orders, please visit our other regional stores — we operate in Bahrain, Kuwait, Pakistan, and more.
Delays can sometimes happen due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products such as personal care items or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
To start a return, log in to your account and go to My Orders. Select the order and click 'Request Return'. Fill in the reason and submit. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions. You can also contact support directly.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
We sincerely apologize if this happened. Please take a photo of the item and contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
