1. Returns Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You must have the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or newspapers.
• Intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, or cosmetics.
• Gift cards and downloadable software products.
• Items sold on final clearance.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Return Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
